PHOTOGRAPH AUTHENTICATION

My purpose is to find out if photographs are authentic or not through a scientific analysis. This involves comparing known authentic photographs of a person with the one in question.
​
My work in this area started when I became interested in newly discovered photographs that were purported to be authentic. Setting opinion aside, I conduct an impartial analysis to find out the truth and have been involved in both confirming and rejecting likenesses in different photographs. These analyses are described in articles on the PHOTOGRAPH AUTHENTICATIONS page of this website.
Throughout my career I have learned the necessary skills and gained applicable experience enabling me to scientifically compare visual likenesses of people in different photographs. Analysis leads to evidence-based conclusions on whether it is, or is not the same person. More detailed description of my credentials is included in my full report attached to the end of the article.

Although this website is about photograph authentication, those visiting this site are just as likely to be interested in the person that is the subject of the photograph.
​
If it is the person in the photograph that is the main interest, rather than photograph authentication, then the audience could be very different for the different articles. I have made each of these articles as findable as possible on the internet for those potentially interested in the person in the photograph.
